Express Home Services Consumer Complaints

As we were saying, posting to sites such as complaints board, the consumer can get their frustrations out. However, our company is unable to help when this happens as there is no way to validate the claim or even contact the subscriber in many cases. It becomes a ranting session with no results. That is where this site comes in. By voicing your concerns here, Express Home Services will absolutely get it. These emails go directly to our CSR Manager and streamline the process of fixing the problem. As we have stated before and will again, we are 100% committed to ALL customer satisfaction.

Express Home Services understands the frustrations involved in these types of home improvements. We also greatly appreciate every customer that has ever used our services. This is just one of many ways we are trying to connect with our customers as easily as possible. We are lucky to have the greatest customers on earth and we want to keep it that way. Oh, and if you have something good to say, PLEASE DO, we will absolutely display it on this site for everyone to see. Thanks Again for your continued support!

“I just wanted everyone here to know that I decided to take a chance with Express. Like many of you, I did my homework and found both good and bad reviews. I also have seen the BBB website, which created even more concern. So, I took the time to collect multiple bids and meeting with a total of 5 different companies. Based on many factors I decided to give Express the shot. Although there are 100+ complaints to the BBB, I knew there had to be many more “HAPPY” customers to support the commercial being on TV constantly J”

Here are the reasons why during the consultation I made the decision I did;

1. The price was more than 20% less than all other bids
2. The flooring was available for next day installation (which I needed in time for upcoming guests)
3. And I got a Lifetime Installation Warranty (which nobody else was offering)

It also helped that everyone I was in contact with, from the phone representatives to the design consultant that met with my husband and I were amazing!

Even after all that, I was still worried, but that only lasted until the next day. The installers were right on time and they moved my furniture as if it were their own, tore out the old flooring, removed it without incident, and meticulously laid down my new flooring. The difference this made was big enough for my guests to comment “YOUR FLOOR LOOKS AWESOME! WHO DID THE WORK?”

I am proud to say, Express Flooring and have told some friends about my experiences as well since then.
My experiences throughout the entire process are in stark contrast to the negative things written about you online!
Thank you Express for a wonderful job, tremendous service, & incredible cost savings!

Express Flooring showed up on time

“Our workers from Express Flooring showed up on time and got to work immediately. Unfortunately even with their punctual timing the first couple days we had a slight delay half way through the project. Our crew was pulled from our jobsite unexpectedly for the AM shift on our 3rd day of installation. Apparently there was an emergency mold issue at a local clinic. I wish they could have completed us first but in the end they still finished our project ahead of schedule. I almost feel guilty now for my selfish behavior. I would certainly hire Express Flooring again. They arise to the call of duty when needed. Not to mention….saved us over $1500 compared to the next lowest bidder.”

The lowest price I could find

“We hired Express Flooring for a carpet and laminate flooring project. 2 problems come to mind when looking back on our project. One was probably slightly our fault. We underpaid for our furniture moving. I was so concerned about price I did not account for the intense labor relocating our pool table would be. Unfortunately one of the crew members gouged our new laminate flooring when setting up the pool table downstairs. We did not catch this until the crew was packed up and on another jobsite. It took them almost 2 days to return to replace the damaged floor. When they showed up they had extra workers with them to assist lifting the pool table. In the end this mistake could have been avoided if I would have properly prepared our crew for furniture moving and actually paid the extra $25 dollars. So thanks again Express Flooring and I apologize for need for the lowest price I could find.”

“Recently we purchased new carpet and installation from Express Flooring. The project was finished on time and it looked beautiful. The only problem was that they installed the wrong color! Apparently our style number was miss-communicated. At first we freaked. Once we calmed down we immediately called Express Flooring. I have to say we were concerned there would be a problem. We were worried they would pass blame on us somehow. Amazingly there was no hesitation and numerous apologies. They offered us two options. 1 – Replace with correct carpet. 2- Keep existing carpet. This was a no-brainer for us. The mistaken carpet was much nicer than our original selection. Not only did we save more 20% from the 3 lowest bidders, we accidentally got a carpet that was not in our budget. Thanks for the mix-up Express Flooring!”

I am extremely pleased with the outcome

“Express Flooring was hired to provide a full house of flooring for our first new home. Our expectations were very high. We selected a very high-end product and was expecting a lot! Our job did not get off to a good start. Our crew showed up late and short 2 people. We hired a team of 4 due to the size of our project and the timeline we needed completion. I have to say we were nervous wrecks the first 2 days. Finally our crew of 2 became a crew of 4 on day 3. They humped it, worked 14 hour days and actually finished a day early. I am extremely pleased with the outcome but did not enjoy the unneeded stress of the first 2 days. In the end….we are happy! We will hire Express Flooring one day again!”
